Items on loan

Items on loan to another borrower can be reserved online via the Our Catalogue and sent to whichever library you choose for collection. To make a reservation, first ensure that all copies of the item are on loan according to the catalogue by finding the title and clicking on show copies. Then click on request. You will be asked for your library borrower number (under the barcode on your Unique card) and your PIN number. This is not the PIN you use for the PCs - ask the Issue Desk or Library Enquiries Helpdesk for this number. Type in the details and then follow the instructions on the screen to reserve the item. The reserved item will be put aside for you when it is returned.

Items held at other University of West London sites

If you find an item in the catalogue, but it is available in the library at another University of West London site, you can ask for it to be sent to the site where you are based. Ask at the Library Enquiries Helpdesk for an inter-site loan form.

Items not available at University of West London

If you cannot find the item you require in the Our Catalogue, you can put in an inter-library loan request or try to find it in another library.
