No automated telephone renewals on Thursday 20 January

The automated renewals line will not be available for a few hours from 09:00 this Thursday, 20 January, as we need to carry out essential work on the server.
However, it will still be possible to renew loans on the same number. Until the work is complete, calls to 020 8231 2703 will be rerouted to the issue desk at St Mary’s Road, where a member of staff will be available to help.
